• Scope and subjects of statistics: Investigation, enforcement, and guardianship cases handled by the Taoyuan District Prosecutors Office, Taiwan.
• Standard time for statistics: Dynamic data refers to annual (monthly) data, with annual data covering the period from January 1st to December 31st; monthly data covering the period from the 1st to the end of the month. Static data refers to the data at the end of the year (month), with annual data representing the data as of December 31st of the year; monthly data representing the data as of the end of the month.
• Definition of statistical items: According to the "Interpretation of Legal Statistics Terminology."
• Units of statistics: Persons, cases, months, years, New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
