- The aim is to enable the victim or their family members to have immediate access to case information, alleviating uncertainties and ensuring personal safety, providing comprehensive protection to the victim or their family.
Who can apply?
- The victim.
- If the victim lacks legal capacity or has limited legal capacity or is deceased, the application can be made by their spouse, direct blood relatives, relatives within three degrees of collateral consanguinity, relatives within two degrees of affinity, or their parents or family members (e.g., spouse, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, etc.).
