Final conviction => Once the court's guilty verdict is finalized, the remaining portion of the bonus will be awarded.

Deferred prosecution or non-prosecution => In the case of reporting election bribery, if the prosecutor decides to defer prosecution or decides not to prosecute based on their authority, the whistleblower will be awarded half of the bonus.
