In cases of negligence, unauthorized departure from the work site, or other serious misconduct, the unfulfilled hours may be deducted, and the matter may be reported to the prosecutor for revocation of the social service requirement. In the event of tardiness, the individual may be requested to return home according to the regulations, and no labor should be performed on that day. If the executing agency permits the worker to continue working, the tardiness time should be deducted, and the certified hours should be verified.
