The executing agency should constantly monitor the performance of social laborers and promptly report to the prosecuting authority. Each local prosecutor's office should conduct regular and random inspections of the labor service sites to assess the execution of individual cases. If a social laborer is found to be involved in the aforementioned situations, they should be asked to leave, and the hours worked on that day should not be counted. If a social laborer repeatedly exhibits alcohol consumption and displays a negative attitude, causing significant disruption to other cases and the management of the executing agency, the case should be reported to the prosecutor for the revocation of the social labor arrangement.
