If a person granted community service fails to fulfill it without valid reasons, and the circumstances are serious, the community service order may be revoked, and the originally pronounced sentence will be executed. If violations are discovered after the completion of community service, the executing institution will report to the guardian and inform the prosecutor for the revocation of the community service order. Additionally, providing 6 hours of community service is equivalent to one day of imprisonment or detention, but it must be completed within the designated period. If the service is not completed by the deadline, the originally pronounced sentence after deduction will continue to be executed.
