.Purpose of Establishment:
The purpose of setting up the "Reporting Bell" is to facilitate the public in reporting, filing complaints, or surrendering verbally. The bell is installed in our office and labeled as "Reporting Bell." Duty police officers take turns managing and providing guidance on its use. Upon pressing the bell to make a report, a duty police officer will guide you to wait for the on-duty prosecutor and accompanying clerk to conduct an interview and make a record in accordance with the law. Please refrain from leaving before the record is made.

.Reporting Time: Reporting should generally be done during office hours, but urgent situations are not subject to this limitation.

.Confidentiality of Reporters: If a reporter wishes to remain anonymous and requests confidentiality regarding the reported matter, the prosecutor may deem it necessary to keep it confidential. However, if there is evidence of false accusation, the matter will be dealt with according to the law.

.Important Notes for Reporting: When reporting verbally, whether as an informant, complainant, or self-surrendering individual, please bring your national identification card. For reporting or filing complaints, please try to ascertain the accurate name and address of the accused to facilitate any future summoning by the prosecutor for questioning.
